Lionel Messi, Argentina’s star footballer and captain, suffered an injury scare, just about 2 weeks before the start of the FIFA World Cup. However, reports from Paris Saint Germain (PSG) claim that the star player might recover and return to full training next week.
Further, the reports claim that Messi would miss the next PSG clash and might use the ‘Argentina Clause’ to stay out of the game against Lorient in order to recover on time for the upcoming mega event in Qatar. For the unversed, the clause allows the 35-year-old to prefer international games over the club and it might come in handy for the superstar.
About his recovery, the French club expect him to come back to training next week ahead of their next fixture with Auxerre, which is their last game before the mega event in Qatar, as per Sportsbible reports.
