Watch: ‘Khelte time na bolo mat’! In a viral video, Virat Kohli requests fans to maintain silence during practice session

The highly anticipated encounter between India and Pakistan in the 20-20 World Cup 2022 is all set to take place on 23rd October, Sunday. The last time when these two teams met, Pakistan had restricted India to 151 runs and the Men in Green chased it down with 10 wickets in hand.

Most of the batters from that batting line-up are going to be part of India’s playing XI on Sunday as well. However, the current form of Suryakumar Yadav, Hardik Pandya, and Dinesh Karthik make it a more dangerous India batting unit.

Having said that, most of the eyes would be on Virat Kohli. Hailed as India’s run machine, Kohli returned to form in Asia Cup 2022. Since breaking his century drought, he has played some stellar knocks and would be integral to India’s fortune in the big-ticket event.

In the recently played warm-up game against Australia, he scored 19 runs in 13 balls. Besides, he also pulled off an outstanding run-out and took a stunner while stationed at the long-on boundary.

There is no denying the fact that he will be one of the players to watch out for in the tournament. Kohli has been breaking sweats in the nets in Australia and is eager to make a substantial contribution to his team.

Meanwhile, a video of him while practicing in the nets has been surfacing on social media. During the practice session, he calmly requested his fans to not make noise while he is batting as it causes distraction.

India are scheduled to kick-start their campaign against Pakistan on Sunday. The Men in Blue will then play against the Netherlands on 27th October and South Africa on 30th October.

India and Bangladesh will then lock horns with each other on 2nd November, while their final Super 12 game will be played on 6th November against the winner the Group B from the first round.
