The WWE was founded way back in 1953 in Massachusetts, USA.
WWE is known to produce some extraordinary moments from time to time. It is one sport that does shock moments well. In doing that, however, there are times when the whole thing becomes embarrassing for partakers and also the viewers. The WWE often creates engaging plots and characters to be played by the wrestlers, sometimes however it doesn’t go to plan and the whole thing comes out as embarrassing and awkward.
Let’s look at 10 of the most embarrassing moments for WWE Wrestlers in the history of the sport.
10. SummmerFest

A few years ago RAW came up with a celebrity guest host segment in which celebrities wrestled with the WWE wrestlers and also defeated them.
It was however not very exciting to watch as the celebrities clearly did not have any training in wrestling and it showed. The show was at its lowest however when Ari Gold actor Jeremy Piven came to the show.
He wanted to tell The Miz that he would be banned from the upcoming SummerSlam but what he said was he could be banned from “the SummerFest” making wrestlers and viewers cringe in unison.
9. Trish Stratus barking

A rather demeaning and embarrassing moment for the whole of the WWE universe took place when WWE CEO Vince McMohan asked female wrestler Trish Stratus to bark like a dog.
8. Making fun of Bell’s palsy

McMohan had many embarrassing moments throughout his career one of which was when he made fun of Jim Ross. Jim Ross was a WWE commentator who had Bell’s Palsy. McMohan in one segment mocked the commentator in a way that would outright cancel him today.
7. Dean Ambrose taking vaccine

Dean Ambrose went through a lot towards the end of his career but the lowest was when he was asked to take a vaccine on camera. While taking the second shot, the wrestler took down his pants on camera which left the audience questioning their choices.

There was a wrestler on WWE who would go to any length of attention. In what was a bit too much to the viewers, he once ate hot dogs off the floor and drank Undertaker’s tobacco spit. The wrestler has soon moved away from the show in what was a huge embarrassment to all involved.

Katie Vick storyline between Triple H and Undertaker has been one of the most embarrassing moments of WWE. In one episode Triple H is shown getting it on with a mannequin representing Katie which has been voted as one of the worst shows of the WWE and must certainly be embarrassing for everyone.

In 2018, the WWE aired an episode in which Drake Maverick was forced to urinate on live TV. In what was embarrassing for wrestlers and fans alike, this remains one of the top moments in WWE.
3. Randy Orton

Randy Orton one of the most popular WWE wrestlers has an embarrassing moment in a tag team match in Japan. Orton had reportedly been in a wardrobe malfunction.
The next day at the hotel everybody was laughing when I came down to eat breakfast and the front page of the paper was a big picture of me and my rear end showing for the Japanese newspaper readers at home. I would say that’s the most embarrassing moment.” admitted Orton.
2. John Cena

According to one of the most popular WWE superstar, John Cena, “The most embarrassing thing is when I performed with food poisoning. I happened to not be wearing my denim shorts, this was way back in the days of yore and believe it or not, I was wearing Halloween orange spandex trunks. At the end of the contest, the orange had turned into an unflattering Autumn brown.”

The most embarrassing moment of the WWE however remains the birth of the hand. In a story that made no sense at all, everyone connected to it should and has been embarrassed.
Mark Henry and Mae Young’s relationship concluded on a weird end when she gave birth to a hand. The moment is to this day spoken as the most embarrassing moment for the wrestlers but the whole of WWE.
