Former India player Kedar Jadhav has been signed as a replacement for all-rounder David Willey. The reason for the latter’s replacement is him sustaining a toe injury during the game against Kolkata Knight Riders at home. RCB lost the game by a fair margin. Meanwhile, the right-hander has played for RCB before. In the 2018 season, he joined the Chennai Super Kings that was making a comeback after a two-year ban.

“Jadhav, who made his IPL debut in 2010, has so far played 93 IPL games and has 1196 runs against his name. The right-handed batter, who has previously represented RCB in 17 matches, was brought on board for INR 1 Crore,” a release from IPL stated.

Meanwhile, the fans aren’t much impressed with his selection in the team.
