2) India vs New Zealand, Chennai, 2010 – 103
The second-lowest first innings total between IND vs NZ came in 2010 when the two teams faced off against each other in Chennai on 10th December and New Zealand were bowled out for just 103, on the back of an economical three-for from veteran spinner Ravichandran Ashwin.
It was the final match of the five-match ODI series and India walked into the crease having won the previous four games. Much to the delight of the Indian fans, the MS Dhoni-led team managed to pull off a whitewash as they chased down the target with 8 wickets to spare on the back of Yuvraj Singh’s unbeaten 46.
