With the FIFA World Cup 2022 hosted by Qatar kicking off on November 20, the tournament has been witnessing upsets and Saudi Arabia’s win against Argentina became the talk of the town then, as they managed to stun the crowd.
As things stand, it was Ghana and South Korea who locked horns on November 28, Monday and things looked tough for the latter as they conceded 2 goals in the first half, complicating things for the team and the team management as well.
The Black Stars, on the other hand, were brimming with confidence right from the start of the match and eventually managed to come out on top as the likes of Mohammed Salisu and Mohammed Kudus gave it their all to bag the first two goals for the team, doubling the lead through the end of the first 45 minutes.
Ghana are well and truly in the race for the summit clash, and South Korea, on the other hand, will have to turn things around in the next edition of the multinational tournament. Although things did not go well for the team in the tournament, the Taegeuk Warriors gave it their all to get things sorted.
