‘Biggest fan of Team India’ flies to 20-20 World Cup with the help of Sachin Tendulkar

The ever-present Indian cricket fan will also grace the 20-20 World Cup.

Sudhir Kumar Chaudhary

Sudhir Kumar Chaudhary might not be a very well-known name on its own, but most cricket fans could identify him, just with a glimpse. With Indian written on his forehead, his body painted in tricolour and the national flag in hand, the famous Indian cricket fan is among the most ardent.

It is on innumerable times that Chaudhary is seen waving the Indian tricolour in India’s games. In fact, he holds the record for attending every cricket match that India has played at home since 2007. He also tries to go to as many overseas India matches as possible. Due to his dedication, he is often called the ‘Biggest fan of Team India.’ Trained as a teacher, Chaudhary doesn’t hold any job and has dedicated his life to following the Indian cricket team. He is also a massive Sachin Tendulkar fan and paints the name of the legendary cricketer on his chest when watching India’s matches from the stands.

In what has come as a piece of good news for fans, Sudhir Kumar Gautam (Chaudhary) has been funded by Sachin to go to the 20-20 World Cup in Australia. The devoted Indian fan took to Twitter in announcing the great news. Gautam posted a picture of him holding the flight ticket to Australia with the following caption.

“I can’t tell what I’m feeling. Today I am going to Australia to cheer Team India in T20 World Cup. And all this has happened because of my idol ‘Sachin sir’ of cricket. Because of him, I am able to encourage Team India everywhere and this time again I have got the opportunity to hoist the Indian tricolour in Australia. Thanks to Sachin sir and his team for helping me get visa for t20 world cup and tour of Australia it is nothing less than a dream come true like people like me…cheers team india…me too I am coming there to cheer, I will lift the cup together…And best wishes to Team India for the T20 World Cup.
