With sights set on the upcoming 20-20 World Cup, Australia and West Indies will play a two-match T20I series in Australia starting from 5th October.

Australia, having lost a T20I series against India would be looking to go into the 20-20 World Cup with a win. The home team will welcome back opener David Warner, all-rounders Marcus Stoinis and Mitchell Johnson along with pacer Mitchell Starc into the team after all of them missed out on the Indian tour.
West Indies on the other hand have not played an international match since August 21st when they lost to New Zealand by 2-1 in the three-match ODI series.
