The ACC Women’s T20 is moving towards its culmination. With just four games left to be played, all teams are scrambling to book a berth in the semi-finals. The penultimate day of the League stage saw six teams play for a semi-final berth in the ACC Women’s T20 Championship 2022.

Match 14: Singapore Women vs Qatar Women:
The 14th match saw Qatar and Singapore clash with each other in a bid to make a semi-final berth. The Qatar team beat the Singapore team by a margin of five wickets to move to the third position. They have earned four points up until now.
Asked to bat first, the Singapore team collapsed at a paltry score of 46/10. Angeline Mare, with the bowling figures of 4-12-3, was the best bowler from the Qatar side. Qatar chased down the target in just 10.3 overs with five wickets remaining. Saachi Dhadwal and Hiral Agarwal took their side to victory with notable contributions.

The 16th match of the ACC Women’s T20 Championship saw the table-toppers Nepal go head to head with Hong Kong. Nepal won the toss and opted to bat first. They could only muster 109/6 in 20 overs. The Hong Kong team easily completed the run chase in just 15.3 overs. With this win, they also surpassed the Nepal team at the top of the table.
