ACC Women's T20

The ACC Women’s T20 Championship has been moving on full tilt. Having resumed after 9 years, the tournament has been a hit among fans as well as players. With three matches scheduled for 21st June, let’s look at all the details regarding those.

Team News:

Match 14- Qatar Women vs Singapore Women

With one win in two games and one game abandoned, the Qatar Women’s team sit at the third position in Group A. Their bowling unit has been very impressive in the game against Oman but their batting still needs to be tested. Angeline Mare with 4-10-3 and Hiral Agarwal with 2-2-3 were the pick of their bowlers. Singapore’s form is questionable, to say the least. With two losses in two games, the Singapore team linger at the bottom of Group A and would have to come up with a great all-round performance if they’re to have any sort of redemption.

Kuwait’s first game was abandoned which is how they got their sole point. With both teams unable to get past triple digits scores in past games, batters would need to up their game to win this match.

Hong Kong’s batting has been very good having made 102 runs in the first match and 81 runs in just 11.2 overs in the second. Nepal however have equally good batting and similar bowling too. Their two wins have come by a margin of 25 and 50 runs.
