Sachin Tendulkar is undoubtedly World’s best batter as he has been phenomenal during his 24-year-long cricket career. Having represented India in more than 400 ODI games he has hammered 18,426 runs including 49 centuries and many more records. Although Sachin was a phenomenal batter the legend took five years and 78 innings to score his first ODI century.
It came against Australia in the Singer World Series of 1994 when he hammered Aussies all around the park to score 110 runs. Although in the next three innings, Sachin failed to score a single run and became the first Indian batter to score three consecutive ducks in ODIs. His first duck come against Sri Lanka in the same series while the next two came during the West Indies series.
