Kate Cross was acquired by the Royal Challengers Bangalore at the WPL 2024 auction. This led to Kate Cross and Alex Hartley’s amicable banter reaching new heights on Saturday. It is essential to remember that RCB had a forgettable season in 2023. Out of eight games in the competition, the Smriti Mandhana-led team was able to win only two. They went onto lose the other six, effectively eliminating them from the league’s group stages.
