In response, Royal Challengers Bangalore Women displayed resilience, with Smriti Mandhana leading the charge with a brilliant 74 off 43 balls, featuring 10 fours and 3 sixes. However, the disciplined bowling attack of Delhi, spearheaded by Marizanne Kapp and Arundhati Reddy, limited RCB’s progress. Kapp and Reddy claimed crucial wickets, putting pressure on the opposition.

Despite Sabbhineni Meghana’s valiant 36 and contributions from other batters, RCB fell short of the target. Jonassen’s impactful bowling performance, taking three crucial wickets, further dented RCB’s chances. In the end, RCB Women finished at 169/9 in their 20 overs.
