Neymar is one of the best footballers in the world right now. The PSG player enjoys unparalleled fame and popularity across social media. However, he also leads himself into controversies from time to time for his social media usage. This time however things are slightly different.
Recently, a screenshot has gone viral on social media, which shows Neymar’s focus on his game in a somewhat ironic manner. The screenshot is of a chat between Neymar and a model with the Instagram handle “Souzinhazz”.
The 30-year-old sent a fire emoji to the model which she replies with a side-eye emoji. Neymar then replies, “Beautiful photo” to which the model says, “come see it close lol.”
A dejected Neymar says, “It’s far lol” to which the model in a persuasive manner says, “Nothing is preventing you from coming close.”
Neymar, showing great attitude towards his footballing career, says, “work is preventing” declining the offer. Notably, he has recently separated from his long-time girlfriend.

Apparently, this screenshot came to be when the model showed this text to her friend and agent from where it was shared on the internet.
The Brazilian footballer is currently playing for PSG with the likes of Lionel Messi and Kylian Mbappe. The Brazilian star holds the record for highest transfer when he was signed by PSG from Barcelona. In what was reported as a $263 million deal, Neymar broke multiple records when PSG signed him in 2017.
In the first two matches, PSG have scored 10 goals in total in the Ligue 1. There are however many reports of differences between Neymar and Kylian Mbappe who signed a multimillion-dollar deal with the club. The somewhat controversial deal has essentially provided Mbappe with veto power on the club’s major decisions like signing players or changing coaches.
In the match against Montpellier, Mbappe was seen bumping into Messi and arguing for taking the penalty with Neymar after missing one himself. PSG won the match by 5-2 with both Mbappe and Neymar finding themselves on the scoresheet.
