Nat Sciver needed only forty deliveries to score a very valuable and unbeaten 81 runs against Pakistan, with a strike rate of 200. Sciver was a figure of poise and focus as her valiant assault on Pakistan nearly single-handedly ended the Nida Dar-led side’s campaign. Her knock helped England set a huge target of 214 runs in the innings. After that, they were successful in defending the target by a margin of 114 runs, restricting Pakistan to 99/9.
