Hyderabad is yet to lose against Rajasthan at the Rajiv Gandhi Stadium
Meanwhile, talking about the upcoming game, the 2016 winners have had an upper hand against the Pink Brigade in Hyderabad. In the three games played at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium, the home team won all of them. Talking about their overall H2H record, both teams have won an equal number of games after playing 16 games against each other.
Notably, the last time they played against each other was last season and it was their only game against each other. In that game, the 2008 winners thrashed the Hyderabad side. That was Rajasthan‘s first game of the 15th season. This time around, they will start their campaign against Hyderabad too. Talking about Hyderabad, they have made changes to their last year’s squad.
Kane Williamson joined hands with Gujarat although he has been ruled out of the tournament. Aiden Markram has been appointed as captain, who also led the Sunrisers Eastern Cape in the inaugural SA20 early this year. They have the likes of Harry Brook, Glenn Phillips, etc. On the other hand, Rajasthan has replaced injured Prasidh Krishna with Sandeep Sharma in the team.
