The Indian team has reached the Australian shores on October 6th. The Indian team has already played a practice match with Western Australia XI in October; a match that they won by 13 runs. Earlier today, the Indian players were taken out for a fun day at the Rottnest Island to relax and go into the next match refreshed.
India begins their World Cup campaign with a match against arch-rivals Pakistan on 23rd October at the Melbourne Cricket Ground.
