The post-lunch session of the ongoing third day of the second Test between Australia and Pakistan got delayed. After all, the third umpire got stuck in the lift when the game was about to resume. At the time, the home side, Australia were 7/2. Before Lunch, at the start of Day Three, the Asian side was 194/6 and the game was delayed due to wet ground.
After the restart, the Shan Masood-led side managed 250 all-out, conceding a lead of 68 runs. Skipper Pat Cummins took five wickets and Nathan Lyon took four. Before Lunch, the Shaheens bowled a few overs and Shaheen Afridi managed to take the wickets of Usman Khawaja and Marnus Labuschagne. Meanwhile, right after the Lunch Break, the third Umpire got stuck in the lift.

Pakistan has lost the early advantage
Meanwhile, after Lunch, the left-arm swing bowler continued the good work and took back-to-back wickets of David Warner and Travis Head. They could have had Mitchell Marsh early if not for Abdullah Shafique and Salman Agha combined dropping a catch. Marsh scored 96 before being caught behind by Agha off Salman. However, before this, the vice-captain, Steve Smith, and Marsh put together 153 runs for the fourth wicket.
At the time of writing, the World Test Championship winners have amassed 176/5, leading by 230 runs. Pakistan would like to win this game and remain alive in the series, Not to forget, the Asian side is yet to win a Test in Australia since 1994-95. Apart from this, they are yet to draw a Test since the 2009-10 series. Meanwhile, the home team is leading the series by 1-0 as they won the first Test by 360 runs.
