Brazil and Serbia locked horns with each other in the FIFA World Cup 2022 on November 24, Thursday in Qatar and it was the former who managed to pull off the win after putting on a stupendous show and it was Richarlison who did it for the game with his brace.

As things stand, prior to the start of the match, Neymar was spotted coming to the national anthem ceremony with a Sikh boy and eventually won the hearts of his fans for his incredible gesture.

“Our little buddy Josh Singh came out with Brazil’s Neymar at the World Cup today in Qatar. Neymar is one of the greatest footballer (or soccer) players to ever play for Brazil and in the history of the game,” the Instagram page @sikhexpo quoted.

Brazil clinch emphatic win

As things stand, it was Brazil who managed to clinch an emphatic win and stun the spectators in the multinational tournament. By making it to the top of the points table, Brazil are eventually the favourites to make it through to the next round.

Eventually, fans commented saying that it was the sweetest gesture that one could come up and started lauding the veteran star for the same. If at all Brazil manage to lose their remaining games, things can get tough for them, although it looks highly unlikely at present.

“I think we were on an equal level in the first 45 minutes. I didn’t see that they were much more dominant at that stage. But in the second half we were physically at a lower level and Brazil knew how to take advantage of this because they have excellent players and they punished us. Those injuries are too much for us. We’re not Brazil with 200 million people. We are a very small country,” Dragan Stojkovic, the manager of Serbia was quoted as saying on the loss.

“That’s a fact. I’m very sorry because they got injured just before the World Cup so they are very unlucky. You’ll see a different team in the next match than the one tonight. Brazil is the top team. There is no doubt about it. Brazil one of the favourites to win,” he added.
