Watch: Hasan Ali caught involved in altercation with fans during domestic match in Pakistan

Hasan Ali is one of the biggest names in Pakistan and the pacer has been out of the radar on the back of his inconsistent performances in the international arena. As things stand, the right-arm pacer was spotted involved in an ugly fracas with fans during a domestic game. Hasan, who is not an active part of the Pakistan squad competing against England, was involved in an altercation with the fans who continuously dig at the player when he was fielding at the boundary, during a match at ArifWala, a city in Punjab province.

To add more, the fans were recalling his catch-drop against Australia in the semi-finals of the 20-20 World Cup 2021. Angered by the same, Hasan was spotted going against the fans and having a heated exchange. Fans, on the other hand, who shared the video on the internet, claimed that it was undesirable for the haters to troll him unwantedly.

Pakistan lose first Test against England

As things stand, Babar Azam’s men lost the first Test against England, chasing a target of 343 and it was the lead pacer James Anderson who stood up for the team with his stupendous four-for. Ollie Robinson, who rattled the tail, picked as many wickets and helped Ben Stokes’ men pull off an unbelievable win.

Babar, who opened up on the loss, admitted to not having played with proper intent and claimed that his team will bounce back in the second Test. Acknowledging England’s aggressive intent, Babar said that it was difficult to get things under control post the aggressive first innings.

“We were not upto the mark. Had a golden chance in the second innings, but session by session we lost wickets. Our bowling group is young. Unfortunately Haris injured himself in the first innings. All credit to the bowlers who bowled well and tried without Haris. We try to stick to our plans,” Babar was quoted as saying in the post-match interview.

“Difficult when opponent goes at 7 an over. We had an opportunity in the second innings. But we didn’t get partnerships in the end. Lot of positives. Our batting performed very well. Bowling also very well,” he added.
