Cameron Green, Australia’s rising all-rounder, has been hailed as one of the team’s future greats. He’s been around the Australian team for a while now, and while he’s put in some good performances, he’s never broken the three-digit barrier. However, that changed in the first innings of the 4th Test of the Border Gavaskar Trophy.

The visitors have been dominating the match with the bat, having already registered the highest score of the series. Usman Khawaja has been at the helm for the Australians as he completed his maiden hundred against India. He was given the perfect support by Green, who played a terrific innings to reach the milestone.

Green attempted a sweep, but it brushed against his gloves, allowing the keeper to complete the brilliant catch behind the wickets. KS Bharat took a sharp catch, and Green walked back after scoring 114 runs. He scored 17 boundaries in his 170-ball stay in the middle.
