Naturally, there are many fans of the Pakistani bowler many of whom are also female. The 22-year old however is all ready to tie the knot with one girl of his choosing. That girl is former Pakistan player Shahid Afridi’s daughter Ansa Afridi.
Ansa is one of five daughters of former Pakistan all-rounder Shahid Afridi. She is currently studying medicine and wants to be a doctor.
The latest report suggests that the premium pace bowler and Ansa Afridi will tie the knot on February 3rd, 2023. The dates suggest that the Afridi family will get done with the marriage before the start of the Pakistan Super League.
The pace sensation has taken 99 wickets in 25 Test matches. He has also completed 62 wickets in 32 ODI matches. When it comes to T20Is Afridi has a tally of 58 wickets in 47 matches.
Topsy-turvy year for Shaheen Afridi
The southpaw bowler took Pakistan into the final of the 20-20 World Cup 2022 in Australia. Pakistan however failed to get over the line as a sensational Ben Stokes took the game away from the Men in Green.
Earlier in the Asia Cup 2022, Afridi was out with a ligament injury and missed the entirety of the tournament. Pakistan reached the final but were defeated by a highly motivated Sri Lanka.
Pakistan recently lost a three-match Test series against England by 0-3 at home.
