In a recent interview, Vivek Vaswani—who introduced Shah Rukh Khan in ‘Raju Ban Gaya Gentleman’—discussed the actor’s romantic relationships. Speaking on Siddharth Kannan’s YouTube channel, Vivek addressed the rumours that had been going around B-town about Shah Rukh and Priyanka Chopra’s supposed romance during the filming of ‘Don 2‘. According to Vivek, since Shah Rukh is a well-known figure, many unfounded rumours are circulated.
In a recent interview, Vivek responded when asked about Shah Rukh’s purported relationship with him and whether the rumours were true, “Relationship? Yes, Means? sex with someone? No. That’s not the kind of guy. I’m not sure where the rumours originated. We were living in the same house as my parents, there was tension and stress related to his career, he had to marry Gauri, and where would a relationship fit into all of this? Ghar mein reh rahe the, mummy daddy the, tension tha, career tha, jaldi se Gauri se shadi karni thi, usme relationship kaise ayega? There was a friendship relationship but not a sexual relationship.”
Shah Rukh Khan is a one-woman man:
He went on to say that as Shah Rukh’s fame grew, a lot of material was written about him. “That is untrue. In actuality, he has been a one-woman man his entire life since I have known him. What’s the number of flings you know of? What other rumours about Shah Rukh are there? We have heard one about Priyanka Chopra, but that is also a rumour. Nothing. That is not the type of person he is.”
On October 25, 1991, Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan tied the knot. Aryan Khan, Suhana Khan, and AbRam Khan are their three children. Priyanka and Nick Jonas are married, and they have a daughter named Malti Marie. Shah Rukh Khan received early career assistance from Vivek Vaswani, who prefers to insist that he is merely a means of transportation rather than the cause of Shah Rukh’s success.
