The tournament is battling weather these days as many games are getting cancelled due to rain.

India Legends vs England Legends

The 16th match of the Road Safety World Series brings the third-placed team India Legends against the seventh-placed England Legend team.

Let’s look at all the details.

India Legends vs England Legends:

India Legends have won just one match of the three so far with two of the matches having been abandoned due to rain. The Sachin Tendulkar-led side got off to a great start in the tournament as they won the first match by 61 runs. However, two abandoned games have pulled them down in the league table. The next game is a chance for them to creep back towards the top and regain their spot.

England Legends meanwhile linger at the bottom at seventh after losing two matches in three so far. The Ian Bell-led side has failed to put good runs on the board and the bowling has also been under-par so far.

Rikki Clarke and Ian Bell are the only two players who have performed well. The other will have to bring their performance up if they want to defeat the India Legends lead.

India Legends vs England Legends Probable XI:

India Legends: Sachin Tendulkar (c), Naman Ojha (wk), Suresh Raina, Yuvraj Singh, Yusuf Pathan, Irfan Pathan, Stuart Binny, Manpreet Gony, Munaf Patel, Rahul Sharma, Pragyan Ojha

Pitch Report:

The pitch at Rajiv Gandhi Cricket Stadium in Dehradun is a batting-friendly venue. Batters will look to score big given the small boundaries used in the tournaments so far. The weather report however does not impart confidence as it shows a 20% chance of rain and a temperature of 24 degrees Celcius. Teams winning the toss would look to bowl first.
