The Royal Challengers Bangalore had traded Mayank Dagar from the Sunrisers Hyderabad. This is a key acquisition since his fielding and bowling skills have always been under the radar. If he is able to bowl tight lines just like last season, then he can surely be a great asset for the team in the long run. His fielding abilities make him one of the best in the country currently.
The pace bowling depends on how the Indian bowlers fare during the IPL season. Their new ball bowling has always been a strength with the presence of Mohammed Siraj. The purchase of Yash Dayal for the powerplay and death overs shows that they have faith in the bowler. Alzarri Joseph can be one of the key bowlers for the side during the middle overs and can scalp wickets at the death. The bowling might look weak on paper, but under the right guidance can do wonders throughout the season.
