Pakistan Cricket team have been performing well in the ongoing Asia Cup 2022. After facing defeat against India in their opening match, Pakistan went on to win three consecutive games and sealed a spot in the final of the tournament. In their successful run in the tournament so far, Pakistan have found a future star in fast bowler Naseem Shah. Apart from his performance on the field, Shah is also making headlines for his alleged likeness to Bollywood actress Urvashi Rautela.
The 19-year-old has finally cleared the air on all the rumours suggesting a relationship between the two. In a recent interview, Shah said that he has no idea who is Urvashi Rautela and that his sole focus is on cricket at the moment.
“Smile toh aapke question pe aa rha hai (I’m smiling because of your question). I don’t know who Urvashi Rautela is. My sole focus at the moment is only on playing cricket. These days, fans make videos of their own on the internet,” Naseem Shah said during an interaction with the media before the Asia Cup Final.

It all started when Urvashi Rautela posted a fan-made video on her Instagram story where she was seen smiling while watching India vs Pakistan match in the ongoing Asia Cup. However, what made the public curious was that the video also had Pakistan fast bowler Naseem Shah in it who was also seen smiling during the game. The video went viral in no time as people began speculating about an affair between the two.
A few weeks back, Rautela was in the headlines for an interview where she revealed that she made someone named ‘Mr RP’ wait for hours to meet her in the hotel lobby. After her comments came out in public, cricketer Rishabh Pant posted a story on his Instagram handle where he took an indirect jibe at Rautela for spreading lies. Rautela further put up a reply on her Instagram story and called the cricketer a ‘cougar hunter’.
