Indian pacer Mohammed Shami is currently in the UK. The 33-year-old has been troubled by injury to his heel which has seen him miss cricketing action. India’s lead pace bowler took to social media and posted a massive update.
Indian pacer took to Twitter and wrote “Just had a successful heel operation on my Achilles tendon! Recovery is going to take some time, but looking forward to getting back to my feet”.

Mohammed Shami set to Miss IPL 2024-
In a cruel blow to the Gujarat Titans fans it is now confirmed that Mohammed Shami will miss IPL 2024. The 33-year-old hasn’t played for India since the end of ODI World Cup 2023.
It is also expected that Shami will not be part of the T20I World Cup to be held in June. Rohit Sharma and Rahul Dravid will lament the loss of their star pacer. India’s bowling reserves are well-stacked with Jasprit Bumrah and Mohammed Siraj.
