During the Chennai Braves vs. Northern Warriors match in the current 2023 Abu Dhabi T10 league, former Team India batsman Abhimanyu Mithun delivered a massive no ball.
The event happened during the Chennai Braves’ run attempt during the fifth over. Although Mithun delivered a beautiful yorker that sailed over Charith Asalanka’s defence and struck the stumps, it was a big no-ball that produced a single bye. To lead his team across the final line, the hitter continued to be undefeated. Mithun faced harsh criticism on social media due to his massive no ball during the Abu Dhabi T10 League after the event.
In the Abu Dhabi 10 League on Saturday, Sikandar Raza, Charith Asalanka, as well as Stephen Eskinazi contributed to a strong batting effort that enabled Chennai Brave to defeat Northern Warriors with five wickets.
