‘Kuch fadak nhi padhta’- Fans react as Singer Shubh replies back to Virat Kohli in unusual manner

Virat Kohli

Virat Kohli has been one of the greatest cricketers of this generation. The former India captain has been the face of the cricketing fraternity in recent times and has gained immense popularity in the world. The 35-year-old batter has had a great 2023 year where he broke and surpassed several records of his cricketing idol Sachin Tendulkar. Kohli unfollowed Canadian singer and rapper Shubhneet Singh for his controversial, for his backing Khalistan. The issue has been in the eye of the storm after a wanted separatist, Hardeep Singh Nijjar, was killed in Canada.

He faced backlash following his social media post earlier this year. Shubh posted a skewed map of India on his Instagram story, leaving out the union territories of Jammu & Kashmir, Punjab, and the Northeastern provinces.  In an unexpected turn of events, singer Shubh has taken the internet by storm with a musical tribute to none other than cricket legend Virat Kohli and Bollywood beauty Kangana Ranaut. The EP Leo stage has been filled with laughter and joy as Shubh responds to the duo with his distinct musical style, demonstrating that music truly is a universal language.

Shubh responds to Virat Kohli

Shubh decided to answer to Virat and Kangana with a musical twist that had everyone in laughter. Rather than engaging in a verbal conflict. Kohli is yet to respond to the harsh attacks in the song. But the angry diss tune has undoubtedly ruffled feathers in the entertainment world and spurred controversy on social media.

Shubh has made it obvious that he is not afraid to criticise even the most prominent celebrities if they exceed a line. Shubh began in 2021 with the single “Don’t Look” with Irman Thiara. Later, he recorded his breakout single, “We Rollin”. Following this, he released the songs “Elevated” and “Offshore”. Then he released three singles in 2022: “No Love”, “Baller”, and “Her”. His song “Baller” is his most-streamed track ever. It reached number 68 on the Canadian Hot 100 list. In 2023, he released his debut album, “Still Rollin”. “Still Rollin” was ranked 16th on the Billboard Canadian Albums Charts.
