Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli celebrated their sixth wedding anniversary on Monday. Anushka took to Instagram on Tuesday to share an anniversary message for Virat, as well as photos from this year’s festivities. The two wore all black to the event, which they celebrated with family and friends.
The actress wrote, “Day filled with love and friends and family (heart emoji) got too late to post for the gram? 6+ (infinity sign) of (love emoji) with my numero uno (smiling face with hearts emoji).” Anushka is seen posing with Virat, her arms wrapped around his neck. Virat wore a blue-black shirt and trousers, while Anushka wore an off-the-shoulder black gown.

She also used Instagram Stories to share photos from the cake-cutting ceremony. One of them depicts Virat licking the knife after Anushka has cut the cake. Another image shows the couple cutting the cake while their family and friends applaud. They are posing with the guests, including Anushka’s producer brother Karnesh Sharma, in a group photo.
Around the same time, Virat shared a happy photo with Anushka. The actor is shown hugging him from behind. He simply used an infinity sign emoji in the caption. There are no photos of Anushka in her entirety. She was recently reported to be expecting their second child. The couple has not commented on the reports. In 2017, they married in Italy, and they have a two-year-old daughter named Vamika.
Anushka was also seen cheering on Virat during the World Cup. During the World Cup, she also wrote a note for Virat Kohli, who scored his 50th ODI century. The actress wrote, “God is the best scriptwriter! I will be eternally grateful to him for blessing me with your love and for witnessing you grow from strength to strength and achieve everything you have and will achieve while remaining true to yourself and the sport. You are truly God’s child.”
