He won’t have a chance to earn Most Valuable Player till then.

With a recent acquisition of INR 17.5 crore, Australia’s Cameron Green, an all-rounder, became one of the most valuable players owned by RCB. Green was traded in from the Mumbai Indians to Bangalore prior to the IPL 2024 auction, rather than being purchased in an IPL auction. Green was one of the bright sparks for Mumbai last year as he scored more than 450 runs and contributed well with the ball as well. The Bangalore franchise would want a similar season from the powerhouse. If all goes well in his favour, he might just be able to win the Most Valuable Player award

In addition to Rohit and Pollard, Bumrah has played for MI throughout his entire IPL career, which began in 2013. He has amassed 145 wickets and won five titles. Mumbai Indians would very certainly be a contender to win the title if Bumrah has a season with 25 or more wickets.
