Harshal Patel did not have a very good Indian T20 League either, but fared well in the T20 series against South Africa. The Gujarat-born pacer was the highest wicket-taker from India with seven wickets in four innings at an average of 12.57. When others struggling, Patel was able to take the game by the scruff of the neck and guide India to victory.
