Chetan Sakariya
The Saurashtra player made his debut for Rajasthan in the 2021 season and is now plying his trade with Delhi. Last year, he played 14 games and picked as many wickets averaged 30.42, and had an economy rate of 8.19. This year, he has played only three games so far. However, he has the ability to swing the ball back into the right-hander. He can become better in the coming years and might do well at the international level as well.
2. Avesh Khan
The right-arm pacer has been superb in the last couple of seasons. He took 24 wickets in 16 games last year for Delhi at an average of 18.75, and a strike rate of 15.25. This performance has already earned him the maiden T20I call-up for India earlier this year. 3. Umran Malik
The tearaway bowler has been the find for Indian cricket. Last year, he debuted for Hyderabad and played three games. In the limited opportunities, he created an impact with his sheer pace. This season, he has done well with 15 wickets in 11 games, including the five-wicket haul against Gujarat. He has blown hot and cold in the tournament but on his day, he can run through opposition batting without breaking a sweat. If he can work on his consistency, he can serve the national team across formats.
4. Prasidh Krishna
The Karnataka player made his ODI debut last year and has played seven one-dayers since then. In these games, he has picked 18 wickets averaging 16.72, economy of 4.84 and striking at 20.7. These numbers are better than his Indian T20 League numbers. When it comes to the cash-rich league, the right-arm pacer has played 46 games and has 43 scalps to his name averaging 35.74. His economy rate of 8.97. He is yet to make T20I and Test debuts but has the ability to do well in those formats as well.
5. Arshdeep Singh
The left-arm medium-pacer Arshdeep Singh has made a name for himself after his impressive performances in the Indian T20 League. He has picked 27 wickets in 20 games. He has the ability to bring the ball back into the right-hander with the new ball, and is an excellent death bowler.
