Saurashtra is currently taking on Delhi in a Ranji Trophy game at the Saurashtra Cricket Association Stadium. Winning the toss, Delhi decided to bat first, but they had a terrible start as Jaydev Unadkat wreaked havoc on their batters.

Captain Jaydev Unadkat took the new ball in the first over and got right to work. On the third ball of the game, he knocked Dhruv Shorey’s stumps and then took the wicket of Vaibhav Rawal on the next. On a hat trick, Unadkat was up against captain Yash Dhull. Sure enough, he showed his superiority and trapped him LBW in front of the stumps to complete his hat trick.

The star pacer did not stop there, finishing with a five-wicket haul in the third over of the game. He dismissed Jonty Sindh and Lalit Yadav in the third over. Unadkat was at his very best as he took yet another wicket of Lakshay in the fifth over. While he took the Delhi batting lineup by storm, Chirag Jani dismissed Ayush Badoni as Delhi crumbled down to 10/7.

Twitter was stunned to see Jaydev Unadkat demolish the Delhi batting lineup in record time. Fans began showering the pacer with congratulations after he accomplished this incredible feat. “Jaydev Unadkat has bowled just two overs in the match so far and has already picked a 5-wkt haul, including a hat-trick, with Delhi reeling at 6 wkts for just 5 runs after 4 overs. 5 of the Delhi batters couldn’t even open their account against Saurashtra,” wrote a user. “What a hatric in today’s match by jaydev unadkat,” wrote another user.

In the meantime, the 31-year-old recently made his Test comeback for India in the second match against Bangladesh in December. He played for India in the format after making his debut 12 years ago. He was very impressive during the match, taking three wickets as India won by three wickets.
