Alia Bhatt, the reigning queen of Bollywood, is currently enjoying a prosperous career. The actress has been here, there, and everywhere since marrying Ranbir Kapoor and welcoming daughter Raha in November of last year. Alia won a National Award for her performance in Gangubai Kathiawadi after the box office success of Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani. Now, just days after receiving the prestigious award, she spoke at a leadership summit about a variety of topics, including dealing with negativity and revealing her baby girl Raha’s face to the world.
The Raazi actress recently dazzled at the Hindustan Times Leadership Summit, where she was asked repeatedly about being trolled and receiving massive backlash on social media. The actress has frequently faced criticism, including from Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut, who has frequently attacked her. When asked about social media negativity at the Leadership Summit, Alia Bhatt said that even if she says 14 intelligent things, negativity will travel faster than positivity. The Gully Boy actress also claims that she has been subjected to various levels of scrutiny throughout her life. While she used to be more defensive, she has since become dismissive, saying, “Forget it, nobody cares.”

The National Award-winning actress said, “If someone looks at me and doesn’t like my face, there’s nothing I can do about it. I’ve never encountered a troll up front. If there is any chit-chat, I hope it dies down and you can move on. Nobody is unaffected by negative feedback. Maybe I’ve become more private as a result of it, but I can’t blame anyone for that. I’ve never said anything back or said. You can’t say that about me. Complete lies have been spoken at times. I have never responded because I believe that is not how I want to be treated.”
Meanwhile, Alia Bhatt spoke about showing Raha’s face to the world at the same event. She confessed saying that she isn’t hiding her face from the media. But she and Ranbir Kapoor aren’t sure how they would feel about seeing Raha’s face all over the internet. The actress also broke her silence on when she might be okay with showing her baby’s face. It could be tomorrow or in the near future. And said it would be whenever they as parents felt it was appropriate.
On the work front, Alia Bhatt is currently working on Brahmastra Parts 2 and 3 as well as Jigra.
