Al-Nassr reacts to Ishowspeed leaving Manchester United

Manchester United lost a game as well as a supporter in the form of Ishowspeed.

Ishowspeed

The social media fight between well-known YouTubers Darren “IShowSpeed” as well as KSI has gone viral, prompting a response from Al-Nassr FC’s official X account. The two are well renowned for their friendly rivalry and frequent internet teasing.

When Speed, the well-known supporter of Cristiano Ronaldo as well as Manchester United, wrote that he was done with the team following their defeat to Galatasaray during today’s Champions League Group Stage match, the recent conversation on X got underway.

Also noted by IShowSpeed was his intention to support Al-Nassr, the Saudi Arabian team that Cristiano Ronaldo plays for, due to its reputedly excellent management. He wrote, “I am no longer a United fan. I’ve been a United member since 1987 and a season ticket holder since 1999. I’m not going to renew my season ticket. Ten Hag and Onana are outlawed as of today. I will become a fan of Al Nassr now, where they actually know how to run a football club.”

The streamer is clearly joking for the most part, considering he was born in 2005. However, that has not stopped Al-Nassr FC’s official account from reacting to the post chain, with a short clip of the 18-year-old wearing their jersey. The captioned the tweet as they wrote, “You’re already one of us!”

Manchester United get their worst possible start to a UCL campaign

Following a 2-3 home loss to Galatasaray, Manchester United’s chances of qualifying for the Champions League are now in jeopardy. An early departure is also a possibility for the Manchester club.

Rasmus Hojlund, who they acquired from Atlanta for 64 million euros, scored the game’s first goal as United got off to a bright start in the Champions League. Galatasaray, though, swiftly pulled even thanks to a spectacular goal from Wilfried Zaha.

Despite Hojlund scoring twice, United’s defensive miscues allowed Galatasaray to tie the game once more. In the 81st minute, Mauro Icardi netted the game-winning goal for Galatasaray. This happened after Casemiro was sent off for a late tackle on Dries Mertens.
