Cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal is one of the most entertaining characters of team India. He is often seen having fun with his fellow teammates by making several funny short videos. He is also seen interviewing his teammates after their brilliant performances in a match in his famous show ‘Chahal TV’. Off late, the cricketer has been living a happy married life with his wife Dhanashree Verma. However, a recent story posted by the wrist spinner on his Instagram left many fans wondering if everything is fine in the cricketer’s life.
The speculations grew even more after Dhanashree removed Chahal’s surname from her Instagram profile. All this led to several rumours which said that the couple are getting divorced. Within a few minutes, the rumours spread like wildfire and the entire internet was filled with news and memes about the couple. Seeing the situation getting out of hand, Dhanashree has urged the fans to stop falling for rumours and said that everything is fine between the couple.
Dhanashree took to Instagram on Thursday evening and wrote ‘A humble request to you all to not believe in any sort of rumours pertaining to our relationship. Kindly, put an end to it. Love and light to everyone.’

Earlier in the day, even Chahal posted the same message on his Instagram storytelling his fans that things are okay in his personal life. It all began on 17th August when Chahal posted an Instagram story with a picture that said ‘New life loading.’ Shortly after the fans noticed the removal of Chahal’s surname from Dhanashree’s profile.
All this fiasco has led to people targeting Dhanashree for being a ‘gold-digger.’ A certain section of the fans began calling her out for using Chahal and his fame to progress in her career. She was also at the receiving end of many misogynistic comments and memes. Some people even brought the cricketer Shreyas Iyer in between and held him responsible for the ‘rumoured’ trouble in the couple’s married life.
