On August 3, Thursday, the first of the five-match T20I series match between West Indies and India will be played at the Queen’s Park Oval in Trinidad. It will be followed by two matches at Providence Stadium in Guyana on August 6 and 8. The series will then end with the final two games at Central Broward Regional Park Stadium Turf Ground in Lauderhill, USA on August 12 and 13.
After winning both the Test and ODI series, team India will also look to win the T20I series. Hardik Pandya will captain the T20 team, which includes a number of young players such as Yashasvi Jaiswal, Tilak Varma, and Mukesh Kumar. With Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli being rested from the T20I series, the Pandya-led young squad has a chance to put on a dominating performance against the Windies.
