WWE legend John Cena has a massive fan following among the WWE lovers and followers. Even the non-regular followers remember him for his ‘You Can’t see me’ gesture. These days, he is more into acting just like his colleagues such ‘The Rock’ aka Dwayne Johnson and others. Meanwhile, the social media shambled when Cena followed Lucknow Super Giants, an Indian Premier League team.

The franchise uploaded the screenshot of the notification on Twitter. This led to a massive uproar on social media. On the other hand, some fans believe that the American actor is getting bored these days which is why he is following a lot of entities and personalities. It is worth noting that the ‘Trainwreck’ actor isn’t just following the Super Giants. He also follows the likes of IPL champions, Gujarat Titans, and CSK fan club- WhistlePodu Fan Army. Apart from this, he also follows the likes of Mohammed Siraj, Riyan Parag, etc. He also follows some of the Caribbean Premier League teams such as Jamaica Tallawahs, St Lucia Kings, the team owned by the owners of Punjab Kings in the IPL.

On the other hand, the veteran actor and wrestler will also feature with renowned Indian actress, Priyanka Chopra. The duo will feature in Heads Of State alongside Idris Elba. Chopra took to Instagram she shared screenshots of a report by Deadline, and captioned it, “On to the next. Let’s gooo (sic)!!!” The actress also tagged Idris Elba and John Cena, director Ilya Naishuller and producer Amazon Studios.

The Deadline report suggests that Ilya Naishuller is directing the film while the script is by Josh Appelbaum and André Nemec. The initial draft was by Harrison Query based on Query’s original idea. While the plot details are kept under wraps, the film is initially described as Air Force One meets Midnight Run. Producers are the Safran Company’s Peter Safran and John Rickard. EPs are Cena, Elba and Marcus Viscidi.
