In Singham Again, Arjun Kapoor will be seen in a pivotal role. He revealed his avatar from the Rohit Shetty movie, “Singham ka villain” (Singham’s villain), on Wednesday. It’s also as bloody and graphic as it gets. Arjun posted two pictures of himself from Singham Again on Instagram: one of him by himself and the other with Ranveer Singh in the role of a police officer. He wrote, “Singham ka villain! Being a part of hitman Rohit Shetty sir’s police universe makes me feel like the greatest person alive! I can assure you that chaos will ensue.”
A bled Laughing aloud, Arjun Kapoor posed with a blood-stained cleaver. On Arjun’s post, fashion designer Manish Malhotra left a bunch of fire emojis, while actor Varun Dhawan posted an emoji of raising hands. Ranveer Singh, who starred as Simmba in Rohit Shetty’s 2018 police drama of the same name and is currently filming Singham Again, revealed Arjun’s appearance on Instagram. With a caption, he wrote, “MY BABA BADDEST!!!”

Filmmaker Rohit Shetty shared Arjun’s initial appearance on Instagram, writing, “Insaan galati karta hai, aur usse uski saza bhi milti hai… Lekin ab jo aayega, wo shaitaan hai (Man commits mistakes, and he gets punishment for that too…But now whoever comes, is the devil!)! CAN I SAY – INTRODUCING ARJUN KAPOOR!”
The fifth film in the franchise and a follow-up to Singham Returns (2014), will bring the police world of director Rohit Shetty back. Under the working title Singham 3, the movie was first announced in September 2017. The official title was revealed in December 2022.
The movie is slated to open in theatres on August 20, 2024, which falls on Independence Day. Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor, and Jackie Shroff play the film’s main roles; cameos from Akshay Kumar, Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, and Tiger Shroff are also included. Fans are excited for this thriller instalment. The anticipation for Singham Again is high.
