Yuzvendra Chahal is known for his antics on the field and always has something up his sleeve for the entertainment of the fans. He was at it once again after the second ODI against Sri Lanka at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata. This time it was Kuldeep Yadav who was at the receiving end of Chahal’s wittiness.

After they triumphed over the visitors in the match, Kuldeep Yadav, who did well with the bat and the ball, was interviewed by Yuzvendra Chahal. He congratulated Kuldeep for taking his 200th international wicket, but the latter was completely unaware of it.

After that, Chahal also spoke about the chinaman’s batting abilities. After a brief discussion on what he tried to do with the bat in the match, Kuldeep thanked Chahal for his input before the game. The leg-spinner’s response to this has stolen the show and a video of the same has been doing rounds on the internet.

“Jis tarah se aapne input diye ground pe ki kaise khelna hai, kyuki aap itna khel rahe the inke saath, to aapko idea tha ki kaise bowling karni hai. To, uske liye thank you. (The inputs that you have given on this ground because you played so much with these guys, so you have an idea of how to bowl. So, thank you for that.),” Kuldeep Yadav said.

Chahal hilariously replied saying, “Surya ke to hum batting coach the hi, ab se Kuldeep Yadav ke bhi bowling coach ban gaye hai. (I already am Surya’s batting coach, now I’ve also become Kuldeep Yadav’s batting coach),” he added.
