The ongoing Indian T20 League 2022 has seen some intense action on the field and fun off the field. Teams have had fun with fellow players especially when they are bound to live in a strict bio-bubble where they can’t go out of their hotel rooms. Recently, a prank video was uploaded by the Rajasthan franchise on their official Twitter account.
In the video, the left-arm pacer Trent Boult became a victim, orchestrated by teammates such as Jimmy Neesham, Daryl Mitchell, and Riyan Parag. However, they weren’t the only ones to pull off the prank. They took the help of one of the social media handlers of the team. The social media handler was asked to take a fake interview of the Kiwi player.
The interview was taken by the social media handler but was managed by Riyan Parag on the phone. The interviewer was wearing the ear pods so that he can take instructions from the Assam player on what to do next. On the other hand, Neesham and Mitchell were enjoying themselves at the expense of their national teammate.
In the seven and a half minute video, the left-armer had no idea about what was happening. In the end, the trio came out laughing which marked the end of the prank.

Talking about the team’s performance, they have done well by winning seven games out of 12 so far. They have two games left, one against Lucknow and the next against Chennai. They need to win at least one game to step into the playoffs. There next game is against Lucknow on May 15. Ahead of the game, the team would be hoping for Trent Boult to return to form with the ball.
After his injury ahead of the game against Gujarat early this season, he hasn’t been able to pick wickets and sometimes have been taken to cleaners by oppositions. Boult has 10 wickets in 11 games played this season for Rajasthan.
