A video of India wicketkeeper KL Rahul cussing infamous pitch invader Jarvo69 during the ODI World Cup 2023 match against Australia. Apparently, in the Men In Blue’s first game of the tournament against five-time finalists, the latter invaded the pitch. He was taken out by security officials at the MA Chidambaram Stadium, Chennai on October 8, 2023.
Meanwhile, a month later and eight wins later, the video of Rahul cussing the pitch invader has been going viral.

KL Rahul was the Player of the Match against Australia
In the game between Border-Gavaskar Trophy rivals, the Yellow Brigade won the toss and elected to bat first. They had a decent start with 110/2 at one stage. After this, the team had a collapse and was bowled out for 199 runs. In reply, the home team lost three wickets for two runs. At this point, Virat Kohli (85) and Rahul (97*) helped the team win the game by six wickets.
“There weren’t a lot of conversations with Kohli. I had just taken a shower and was hoping to put my feet up for half an hour after the fielding innings, but I had to come in. Virat said that I should play like Test cricket for a bit. Happy to play this for the team. There was a bit of help for the fast bowlers early on. Towards the end, the dew played a bit of a part for them. It was still two-paced. It wasn’t a great wicket to bat on, neither was it too difficult. I think it was a good cricket wicket, that’s what you get in South of India especially in Chennai. (Last shot) I hit it too well. I wanted to get a hundred by going four and six. Hopefully some other time I can get it,” Rahul said in the post-match.
