In the ongoing ODI World Cup 2023, India continues its dominance with both bat and bowl. After three back-to-back victories, the team defeated Bangladesh by seven wickets to register the fourth one. Riding on Virat Kohli’s century, India chased the 256-run target within 43 overs and won the game. However, during the dressing room post-match presentation ceremony, Indian players behaved like kids and left fans in a split on social media.

In a video posted by the Indian Cricket Board, the fielding coach of the team, T. Dilip appreciates the overall team effort on the ground. He also praised wicketkeeper-batter KL Rahul, all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja, and spinner Kuldeep Yadav for their efforts on the field. Later, he announced Jadeja as the winner of the Fielder of the Day award. However, the way he announced Jadeja’s name left the Indian squad in sheer shock.

Here is the video:

While announcing the winner of the award, Dilip pointed towards the big screen on the ground, which displayed Jadeja’s picture, and replayed the catch. This moment left everyone in surprise as they all exclaimed together. The dressing room celebrated together and congratulated Jadeja for his achievement. In the viral video, India skipper Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli all looked happy and celebrating like kids.
