WATCH : Fabian Allen’s amazing new celebration after taking two wickets in an over during CPL

Caribbean Premier League saw another unique celebration and this time it was from Fabian Allen

Fabian Allen

In the Caribbean Premier League’s elimination encounter, Fabian Allen displayed his poise. In his four overs, the Jamaica Tallawahs all-rounder collected 4-25. His spell turned the tide for his team and made sure that St. Lucia Kings’ total, that of 125-9 after 20 overs, remained low. Roston Chase, Sikandar Raza, Roshon Primus, and Matthew Forde were all dismissed by him.

His bowling feats enabled to dismiss the SLK batting order for a below-par score within their 20 overs after breaking the back of their batting order. The top SLK batter was Roston Chase, who struck 40 from 36 balls including four fours along with a six. The SLK batters struggled to get going and convert their starts.

Allen has already demonstrated his value within the Caribbean Premier League by both collecting wickets and playing some outstanding innings. He also signed a deal to play in the IPL with the Sunrisers Hyderabad. JT got off to a respectable start during the second inning as Brandon King smashed 30 off 19 balls. His innings included three fours along with two sixes.

Alex Hales hit three fours along with a six in his 24 off 17 swings. After both of the openers were kicked out, there was a brief collapse. Steven Taylor as well as Shamarh Brooks are respectively struck out for 0 on one ball and 6 on seven with a four. Jamaica Tallawahs advanced thanks to Raymon Reifer’s undefeated 30 off 32 balls, which included one four as well as a six.

For SLK during the second innings, Forde’s four-over performance resulted in four wickets. Despite his incredible bowling performance, JLT won the match with 5 wickets remaining and sixteen deliveries to spare.  SLK are now eliminated because of this result and will bow out of the CPL. JLT will advance to the second qualifier, which will be played on September 21. They will play either the Guyana Amazon Warriors  or the Trinbago Knight Riders which is set up to be a exciting game.
