WATCH: Couple gets caught on big screen getting cozy inside MCG stadium during Boxing Day Test Day 3

A couple got embarassed in front of a packed MCG crowd after a video went viral on social media.

MCG Crowd!

On Thursday, December 28, on Day 3 of the current Second Test involving Australia as well as Pakistan at Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG), a cute pair was hilariously caught on camera. Melbourne’s crowd erupted in shock as soon as the pair appeared on the big screen.

A female was seen snuggling with a boy who was wrapping his arms across her in a video that was making the rounds on X, the previous Twitter. Before the child left his spot and waved to the audience, they embarrassed themselves by covering their faces.

During the second Test between Australia and Pakistan at the MCG on Day 3, Mitchell Marsh as well as Steve Smith contributed to Australia’s 241-run advantage. Marsh scored 96 runs from 130 deliveries, featuring 13 boundaries, but was four runs shy of his century.  Smith, meanwhile, contributed 50 from 76 deliveries. Together, they scored 153 runs to bring the hosts back from 16/4.

Australia scored 318 runs in 96.5 overs while batting first, with Marnus Labuschagne coming as the highest scorer. With five boundaries in his 63 off 155 total, the right-handed batsman scored runs. Mitchell Marsh, David Warne, and Usman Khawaja all contributed with figures of 42, 38, and 41, respectively.

Shaheen Afridi, Mir Hamza, and Hasan Ali were all content with one wicket apiece, but Aamer Jamal shone with the ball for Pakistan, taking three wickets. Pakistan responded by being bowled out for 264 after 73.5 overs.

Third Umpire late for second session due to bizarre reason

The beginning of the second session of the present Australia vs. Pakistan Test started late. This is because TV umpire Richard Illingworth got locked in an elevator. This is genuinely one of the most odd moments to happen during a cricket match to be stopped

When they were instructed to stop play, the on-field umpires stood in the middle. Later on, when they learned that Illingworth was unprepared and caught in the elevator, they couldn’t help but smile. David Warner also popped up a smile when narrated this incident.
