Ravichandran Ashwin has invited Hanuma Vihari to take part in his popular YouTube show ‘Kutti Story’. Vihari recently accused Prudhvi Raj K N and his father and Andhra of being responsible for him getting sacked of captaincy in the Ranji Trophy. The Andhra Pradesh cricketer claimed that despite not being wrong in anything, he was sacked from being the skipper despite Andhra putting on a show.
It was the game against Bengal where the incident took place. It was claimed that Vihari was unhappy with the efforts of Prudhvi Raj and ended up scolding the bowler. It did not sit well with Prudhvi who complained the same to his father, who is of a political background. It was claimed that the father-son duo was responsible for Vihari getting sacked from his captaincy just a game after leading the side in Ranji Trophy 2024.
Ashwin’s show, ‘Kutty Story’, is one of the most popular shows from a cricketer on YouTube. He is known to ask innovative questions, which could lead to some wonderful conversations from the individuals. Following the exchanges of Vihari and Prudhvi on social media, Ashwin took to X and asked his India teammate if he would be ready to take part in the show. “Kutty stories with ash Vihari Garu Meeru ready unnara ???? @Hanumavihari,” asked Ashwin to Hanuma. However, after some time, Vihari came up with a reply from his X account and accepted Ashiwn’s invitation.

It was in the 2021 Test in Sydney that India pulled off a memorable fighting draw against Australia. Despite copping blows on several parts of the body, Ashwin remained determined. Vihari went through thigh pain and could not run in the middle. Yet, the duo batted out an entire session and saved the day for India.
