The greatest bowler in Indian T20 League history is Lasith Malinga. Slinga is the second-highest wicket-taker in the history of the competition, and not just among foreign bowlers. He has 13 more wickets despite playing 25 fewer matches than Amit Mishra (third).
The legendary Sri Lankan bowler, who holds numerous bowling records, played his entire career for Mumbai. Malinga had an incredible season in 2011, winning the purple cap for taking 28 wickets at a 5.95 economy rate and a fantastic strike rate.
