Bollywood filmmakers have already scheduled a number of movies for release in the upcoming year. We present to you a list of upcoming Hindi films for 2024 as 2023 bids us goodbye.
Not-to-miss upcoming Bollywood movies:
1) Fighter:
Release date: 25 January
Hrithik Roshan, Deepika Padukone, and Anil Kapoor play the main roles in Sidharth Anand’s film. Sanjeeda Shaikh, Akshay Oberoi, and Karan Singh Grover are also included in the movie. Fighter, a film from Viacom18 Studios in collaboration with Marflix Pictures, promises heart-pounding action.
2) Singham Again:
Release Date: 4 July
The film, directed by Rohit Shetty, features Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, Tiger Shroff, Akshay Kumar, and Ranveer Singh in the key parts. The highly anticipated third instalment of the smash hit series is scheduled to debut in theatres on July 4, 2024.
3) Kalki 2898 AD:
Release date: January 12
Nag Ashwin has directed the next sci-fi action movie. Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, Deepika Padukone, Prabhas, and Disha Patani play the key roles in the movie. It is anticipated to be a futuristic science fiction spectacular with elements of mythology.
4) Merry Christmas:
Release date: 12 January
Featuring Vijay Sethupathi and Katrina Kaif in the key parts. Merry Christmas, directed by Sriram Raghavan, is a story that defies genres. Merry Christmas features two different supporting casts and is shot in two languages. Vinay Pathak, Pratima Kannan, Sanjay Kapoor, and Tinnu Anand co-star in the Hindi version. The roles of Rajesh Williams, Shanmugaraja, Kevin Jay Babu, and Radhika Sarathkumar are the same in the Tamil version. There will be cameos by Radhika Apte and Ashwini Kalsekar.
5) Yodha:
Release date: 15 March
It features Sidharth Malhotra in the lead role. Pushkar Ojha and Sagar Ambre, a debutant duo, are the film’s directors. The movie has the support of filmmakers Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions and Shashank Khaitan’s Mentor Disciple Films.
6) Emergency:
Release Date: Not announced
The film’s release date has been rescheduled for 2024 and will feature Kangana Ranaut in the role of the late Prime Minister Indira Gandhi.
7) Bade Miyan Chote Miyan:
Release date: Eid 2024
The director of the forthcoming action thriller is Ali Abbas Zafar. The film features Prithviraj Sukumaran, Sonakshi Sinha, Tiger Shroff, and Akshay Kumar in the lead roles.
8) Welcome To The Jungle:
Release date: December 20
The film, which is directed by Ahmed Khan and stars Akshay Kumar, Suniel Shetty, Sanjay Dutt, Raveena Tandon, Lara Dutta, Jacqueline Fernandez, Disha Patani, Arshad Warsi, Paresh Rawal, Johnny Lever, Rajpal Yadav, Tusshar Kapoor, and Shreyas Talpade. Produced by Jyoti Deshpande and Firoz A Nadiadwallah under Base Industries Group, it has Jio Studios’ support.
9) Metro In Dino:
Release date: March 29
Aditya Roy Kapur, Sara Ali Khan, Anupam Kher, Pankaj Tripathi, Konkona Sensharma, Ali Fazal, Neena Gupta, and Fatima Sana Shaikh play the key roles in this anthology film, which is directed by Anurag Basu.

10) Main Atal Hoon:
Release Date: 19 January
The late Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee is the subject of the upcoming drama biopic. Pankaj Tripathi plays the lead in Main Atal Hoon, which is directed by Ravi Jadhav. Both Ravi Jadhav and Rishi Virmani co-wrote the screenplay.
