As per a report in a leading daily, the humble abode of Dev Anand will be turned into a 22-storey tower. Dev Anand lived in the Juhu area of Mumbai and now his house has been bought by a top real estate company. The deal has reportedly been locked and the paperwork is in the process. “It has been sold for approximately ?350-400 crores as it’s a prime location with bungalows of prominent industrialists in the locality,” the report added.
Moreover, we have also found out that the actresses Dimple Kapadia and Madhuri Dixit had once lived in the nearby apartments that were right next to Dev Anand’s bungalow. It makes his fans deeply sad and realise that it is the end of an era as the veteran star’s home will now be replaced by a 22-floor-long tower. During the earlier times, Dev Anand used to shed light on his dream home situated in Juhu. The actor even stated to the media that he had built the house in 195- and this place wasn’t much known to everyone. However, he fell in love with the wilderness of Juhu.
